Alone we can do so little;
together we can do so much.

About me
I’m an independent consultant and training facilitator whose areas of expertise are Talent Management and strength-based change.
My talent management career started at GE Capital in their Risk Management Leadership Program, a new rotational program created to build the leadership pipeline of the Risk function. There I gained a depth of expertise in recruiting, performance management, succession, and learning and development. This work broadened and deepened with consulting that followed at organizations representing a diverse array of industries, including Gartner, Time Warner, Cengage Learning and Simulmedia.
Training facilitation includes Change Management, Coaching, Communication Skills, Handling Workplace Pressure, Leadership, Leading the Customer Experience, Leading Teams, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making, and Strategic Thinking. Additionally, I have delivered systems training for end users of SuccessFactors talent management suite of products. This training spans 12 modules for over 75 customers across a variety of sectors, including advertising, banking/financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, retail, publishing, manufacturing, and mining. I have also partnered with Betterworks, a platform that focuses on OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and continuous feedback, to deliver training to their customers.
The strength-based change model I practice is Appreciative Inquiry. My use of this methodology has ranged from facilitating a senior leadership strategy session for a technology organization, to creating and facilitating the development of a new organizational design process for a professional organization, to preparing the Social Cohesion and Resilience team at UNICEF Pakistan to deliver their “My Voice, Our Story” program.
I earned a BFA from the University of Arizona. My first career was as a professional actor, both on-camera and voice-over, in Arizona, South Africa and Connecticut. I hold an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) certificate in Positive Business and Society Change from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.
UNICEF Pakistan — My Voice, Our Story

“My Voice, Our Story,” a UNICEF Pakistan program, was created to uncover and share visions of the future held by the youth of Pakistan. Appreciative Inquiry was used as the interview methodology.
